2. Qué datos tratamos y para qué

Solo los que tú nos envías desde el formulario de contacto, el aviso de la beta o el formulario de Kōhai: nombre, contacto (email o usuario de Instagram), qué necesitas, presupuesto orientativo, marca o empresa (si la indicas), mensaje e idioma de la web. Los usamos para responder a tu solicitud o presupuesto y para llevar nuestro propio registro de contactos (CRM). No los usamos para publicidad ni los vendemos.

Las conversaciones con el asistente Kōhai no se guardan en nuestro registro: se envían a Workers AI (Cloudflare) solo para generar la respuesta, y el historial vive en tu navegador mientras dura la visita.

No usamos cookies ni herramientas de analítica. Tu navegador guarda, solo para que la web funcione, el historial del chat y un pase de sesión mientras dura la visita, y tus preferencias de música, que puedes borrar desde los ajustes de tu navegador.

Si nos escribes por mensaje privado de Instagram, esa conversación la gestiona Meta según su propia política de privacidad; nosotros solo tratamos lo que nos escribes allí para responderte.

3. Base legal

Tu consentimiento (art. 6.1.a RGPD), que das al marcar la casilla antes de enviar. Puedes retirarlo cuando quieras escribiendo a ivan@shonenstudio.com, sin que afecte a lo tratado antes.

4. Cuánto tiempo los guardamos

24 meses desde que nos lo envías; después se borran solos del registro: un proceso automático lo revisa cada día y elimina los contactos que han cumplido ese plazo. Si trabajamos juntos, la documentación de la relación (por ejemplo, las facturas) se conserva aparte durante los plazos que exige la ley (por ejemplo, 6 años la documentación mercantil).

5. Quién más los trata (encargados)

  • Cloudflare, Inc.: alojamiento de la web, el asistente (Workers y Workers AI), la base de datos del registro de contactos (D1) y Cloudflare Turnstile, que comprueba que no eres un robot con datos técnicos de tu navegador.
  • Web3Forms: entrega por email de lo que envías en los formularios.
  • Google (Gmail): buzón donde recibimos esos emails.

Algunos de estos proveedores pueden tratar datos fuera del Espacio Económico Europeo; lo hacen con las garantías previstas en el RGPD (Marco de Privacidad de Datos UE-EE. UU. o cláusulas contractuales tipo).

6. Tus derechos

Puedes pedir acceso, rectificación, supresión, oposición, limitación del tratamiento y portabilidad de tus datos escribiendo a ivan@shonenstudio.com. Si crees que no los hemos atendido bien, puedes reclamar ante la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es).

Los formularios no están dirigidos a menores de 14 años.

2. What data we process and why

Only what you send us through the contact form, the beta sign-up or the Kōhai form: name, contact (email or Instagram handle), what you need, rough budget, brand or company (if you give it), message and site language. We use it to answer your request or quote and to keep our own contact register (CRM). We do not use it for advertising and we do not sell it.

Conversations with the Kōhai assistant are not stored in our register: they are sent to Workers AI (Cloudflare) only to generate the answer, and the history lives in your browser for the length of the visit.

We do not use cookies or analytics tools. Your browser stores, only so the site works, the chat history and a session pass for the length of the visit, and your music preferences, which you can clear from your browser settings.

If you message us on Instagram, that conversation is handled by Meta under its own privacy policy; we only process what you write to us there in order to reply.

3. Legal basis

Your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by ticking the box before sending. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to ivan@shonenstudio.com; this does not affect what was processed before.

4. How long we keep it

24 months from the moment you send it to us; then it is deleted from the register automatically: a daily process checks the register and removes contacts that have reached that limit. If we work together, the documents of our relationship (for example, invoices) are kept separately for the periods the law requires (for example, 6 years for business records).

5. Who else processes it (processors)

  • Cloudflare, Inc.: hosting of the website, the assistant (Workers and Workers AI), the contact-register database (D1) and Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks you are not a bot using technical browser data.
  • Web3Forms: email delivery of what you send through the forms.
  • Google (Gmail): the mailbox where we receive those emails.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, with the safeguards the GDPR provides (EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses).

6. Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability of your data by writing to ivan@shonenstudio.com. If you think we have not handled it properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

7. Minors

The forms are not aimed at children under 14.
